The final balance call on your terminal is very important as it triggers the submission of the transaction with the different acquirers. This means that the transactions will be settled against the schemes and the payment to your account is initiated.
We therefore suggest that you set the final balance to automated. In this case the terminal creates a final balance at the end of the day automatically (in case it runs) or do a manual final balance in case you turn off your terminal.
Perform final balance
You can also do a manual final balance at the end of each day. You find a detailed description in the manual section of your terminal.
As mentioned in the terminal configuration in the portal you can set the final balance to automatic. However, in order for this to work the terminal may not be turned off.
Please bear in mind that for certain payment method a final balance that is done to late this can happen to increased acceptance fees or to failed transactions and auto storno. The final balance normally has to be done within a timeframe of max. 5 days.
