After the last update an additional webhook is required.
This affects older customers who have updated to our latest woocommerce plugin.
Manually creating the „transaction invoice“ webhook
This method is used when there is no access to the shop backend. If you have access to the shop backend you should be able to simply save the wallee configuration once. Then the additional webhook should be applied.
- Navigate to the menu in the wallee space.
- Create a new webhook and choose the entity type „Transaction Invoice“:
3. Continue the creating process, add a name to the webhook and select the following 3 entity states:
- Not Applicable
4. Save (Create) the webhook and observe with-in the next few days if all payments are working now.
