How to add a Click to Accept Button to my Shopify Checkout?

The card schemes like Visa / Mastercard / Amex demand that you set the click to accept button in your checkout of your terms and condition. In order to guarantee that the merchant is really accepting the terms and condition of the merchant. 

There are multiple ways to get to do this.
