Problem

In the Shopify wallee Integration we face the challenge, that Shopify creates the Ordername (e. g. EN1005) once the order is created and successfully processed. However, we are not able to set the Shopify order name as merchant reference in this case. We do send the Shopify CheckoutId instead. 

Solution

We created a solution for this. If you have the Wallee Shopify APP installed we are able to provide you with a mapping of checkoutId and OrderName. 

1. Navigate to Shopify > Transactions here you see all the transactions that were processed in this space. 
2. In the section Columns you are able to add all the columns that you want to see. In this case the Order Name. 
3. On the left hand side you are able to export this information as CSV.
