The error message below appears when trying to place an order on the payment page of Saferpay instead of displaying the payment form:
Technical problem, please contact the merchant
The above error indicates that the merchant account is not configured properly resp. the merchant details configured within the module are not correct.
One or several of the following fields may be wrongly configured in the module settings:
- Customer ID
- Terminal ID
- Json API user or password
This message can also appear in case the currency or country used in the shop for the order is not enabled for your Saferpay account.
To identify the exact configuration issue, you have the possibility to check the order detail in your shop backend. There you find a more detailed description of the error.
