On shopify, a specific App-Proxy path can be defined. For example if a merchant uses multiple shops, or wants to have their shop under a different URL, then this path can be changed.
However, when this URL is being changed on shopify, we can't connect with it anymore, as we're using the Path to connect to the shop. This means, it needs to be adjusted on the corresponding Shopify integration on the merchants space.
On both ends, the App-Proxy URL needs to be the same. This can be set up as follows:
On Shopify, this can be found on the following menu:
Apps (Left menu) - Click on "About" of the Wallee module. - Click on "Customize URL":
On Wallee, open the space and the shopify integration. Click on Edit and set the same URL than has been set on the shopify backend:
Once the same path has been set on both sides, it should work correctly again.
