When attempting an additional refund after the initial one on the same transaction you may run into this error message:
The reason for this is that sometimes TWINT does not send the appropriate feedback to our system, so we have no way to tell if the refund has been processed correctly or not. Since TWINT does not close transactions for further refunds once the total billing amount has been reached like other schemes do, Wallee needs to do this itself.
So, if the Wallee system has not received any information about the result of the refund this message will be displayed.
