For certain Email types we send attachments (packing slip / invoice) where it makes sense. You also have the option to upload your own resources via the resource manager and attach this to every email you like (e.g. your own GTC that you want to send your customer).
The attachments can be configured for every email directly in the email configuration:
- Go to Email > Configuration
- Open the email template that you want to configure
- Here you have the option to add attachment or remove attachments. Note if you want to add your own attachment types you first have to upload it in the resource editor and create a document template for this.
