Why do you offer different pricing in Europe than in Switzerland?
The answer is simple. The Interchange rate (the fee between the banks) is different in Europe and in Switzerland, this results in other buy rates for us.

Timeline & Process
Please note that the activation of your contract currently takes about 1 week. All you need to do to get your contracts are the following steps:
- Open a wallee account
- Go to your account and fill out the details in your organization
- Go to payment contracts in your account and request the contract
You will be contacted for the verification process (completely online) and receive then the contract to sign.
