If a customer's subscriptions is SUSPENDED and they have updated their payment details, there is a way to manually re-trigger the payment. This way the merchant does not have to wait for the billing cycle to be started and their subscription being unlocked automatically.
In order to do this, you will have to go to the subscribers of our BILLING SPACE and search for the specific subscription: https://app-wallee.com/s/1/subscription/list
Once you are in the subscription, on your right side there is a menu called "Charges". There you can create a new charge by clicking on "Charge Now":
You should be able to leave all information empty or only have to add a name for the charge (for example manual charge). Afterwards the subscription should be active - If this is not the case, you will have to check the specific transaction for the error reason.
This button only appears if the subscription is still in status "suspended"
