How to share your credentials securely with the wallee Support?

We understand sharing admin credentials is a sensitive matter. We offer you now a way that you do not need to send the credentials in an email or chat. You can securely store them in our PCI DSS certified application where we store them encrypted like other sensitive data.

You can securely share your admin credentials to either your shop backend, FTP, or payment provider within your wallee account. 

Navigate to the space dashboard, where you will find Share Credentials in the side menu. 

Here, you will be able to store and share credentials for our support team and/or developers, should they need access to any of your portals. Click to create a new Shared Credential, give it a name, enter the credentials, and give it an expiry date. Once the order is expired the data is wiped securely. 

We store the data encrypted in our PCI certified environment. However, it is still advisable that you change the data once we performed all the support tasks for you.
