Difference hardware and software

Please note that you will receive two different invoices. Each invoice has a different IBAN and a different bank account.

In order to not receive any reminder, it is important that you pay each invoice individually with the correct QR code.

Example

Software:
You have a subscription, this concerns the software. There, the use of the terminal is charged. The updates of the software, your transactions and so on.
This invoice you receive every month directly by mail and this goes to the PostFinance. For this, you have an IBAN and a reference number for PostFinance.

Hardware:

You have a lease agreement for the terminal and pay the rent every month for the terminal. You will also receive this invoice automatically by mail.
This invoice has a different IBAN and goes to Raifeisen Bank.

Provided that you pay all the bills together to the wrong account. The system does not recognize the payments, and you automatically receive reminders.
