The payouts can be viewed, reconciled and exported as a list in two ways. Below is a detailed explanation of the types and general information.

- Bank payout
Variant 1: Balances
The most important points in brief:
- Payouts are transferred to the deposited bank account every 7 days between Monday and Friday.
- The very first payout takes place when the first payments via Wallee/SnapSwap International S.A. have been accepted and processed.
Precondition: The amount is above the minimum limit (this can vary and is mentioned in the portal).
If the amount is below the minimum limit, the payout will not be transferred to the bank account until it is above the minimum limit. This can therefore take several days.
Path for displaying the balances
Under "Account", click on "Balances" under Finance, then click on the currency, e.g. "CHF", and the following screen will appear:
Explanation of the most important information on the screen
Total |
This amount will be paid out within the next 7 days if the total is above the minimum amount. This total is a sum of all "Settled Funds" that have been made after a "Withdrawal". Credits (refunds) are only deducted if the amount to be paid out is higher than the credit, e.g. CHF 300 is ready for payout, but the credit is CHF 400. This means that the credit remains open, i.e. no reconciliation is (yet) made. If the credit is smaller, this amount is deducted and the remaining amount (if the minimum amount has been reached) is paid out, e.g. amount for payout is CHF 500, credit is CHF 200 = CHF 300 is paid out. |
Pending |
On the day of the payout, the amount will be shown from "Total" to "Pending" until it has actually been transferred to the bank account. The actual payout to the bank account entered in the portal is usually transferred one day later and is therefore visible. |
Total | Total of all payouts/withdrawals overall. |
Total this month | The total of all amounts paid out in a month. |
Next withdrawal |
The date when the next payout will take place. IMPORTANT: This is only displayed if the minimum amount has been reached. Usually the 7 days. |
Instant Withdrawal | Payouts can also be made faster than 7 days. Here too, the condition is that a minimum amount must be reached for the payout to be executed, and an additional CHF 2.50 will be charged for this payout. |
Settled Funds | This amount includes all purchases that were also paid out to us by the acquirer. This means that there may be differences between the effective transaction date of the end customer's purchase and the amount actually paid out. Everything that has not yet been paid out is shown as "Pending" under "Bank transactions" (see explanation under Variant 2). |
Fee | A fee of CHF 0.50 is charged for each withdrawal. |
Withdrawal |
This amount was transferred to the bank account on the 7th day, which is the sum of all "Settled Funds" between two withdrawals. |
Booked |
As soon as "Booked" is noted, the amounts are paid out. If "Failed", the amounts could not be booked to the bank account. This is usually the case if the bank account has not been entered correctly or has been changed. The adjustment can be made directly in the portal: click on "Organization" in "Account", click on the "Edit" button under "Bank account" and enter the correct number. |
Details of the settled funds
Under "Summary" you can see how many payments (8 in this example) make up the "Total".
The fees are also listed separately. The fee is based on different combinations, i.e. depending on the payment method (e.g. credit/debit card). A list of the fees can be found under the following path: Account > Plan > Processing Fees:
The details of the payments are listed individually under "Transactions". Further details can be viewed by clicking on the blue text "Charge".
These amounts can be saved as a CSV file via Export. This contains all the information, such as the merchant ID and payment type.
In the list of transactions, you can scroll to the right to see more details:
The "Date" is the effective transaction date of the end customer, i.e. when the purchase was made from the customer's point of view.
The "Value Date" is the date on which we as the processor received the money from the acquirer and pay it out immediately. As the processing of these payouts to us as the processor takes different lengths of time, payouts can be delayed. At the moment the duration is as follows:
PostFinance/TWINT are paid out daily, Credit/Debit every 2-3 days.
Details on the individual amounts under charge
Here is a further list of details. Click on the blue text under Transactions to view further details of the purchase.
Withdrawal details
This amount has been transferred to the bank account. The total fee is also included in the details of the transfer to the bank account
Variant 2: Bank transactions
Path to display the data: under "Space", click on "Bank Transactions" under Settlement and the following screen will appear:
Upcoming: These amounts will be paid out soon. These are currently outstanding as we, as the processor, have not yet received the money from the acquirer. As soon as these have arrived, they are noted as "Settled" and are therefore released for payment.
As the processing of these payouts to us as the processor takes different lengths of time, payouts may be delayed. At the moment the duration is as follows:
PostFinance/TWINT are paid out daily, Credit/Debit every 2-3 days.
Export: With this export, all transactions can be exported at once as a CSV file. However, details such as merchant ID and payment type are missing. If this data should also be included in the file, the data can be downloaded from "Debits" and "Credits".
Bank payout
The payouts are noted on the bank account or on the bank account statement with the sender "SnapSwap".
The amount, fee and reference to the payout are noted in the booking text. This allows the data on the bank account to be compared with the data from the portal.
