What is the merchant password and what is it important for?

The Merchant password for all devices is "2005" by default.

This password is necessary to execute certain functions and for the setup of different configurations of the device.

If you want to change the password you can do this in the terminal configuration.

The merchant password will not work to access the "Technician" as this should not be configured by merchants without the support.
