Introduction
When it comes to understanding your device's unique identifiers, software version, and operating system, the Information Receipt option holds the key. This powerful feature provides detailed insights about your device, enabling you to access crucial information at your fingertips. Whether your device is linked to a Terminal ID (TID) or not, the Information Receipt option remains accessible.
In this step-by-step guide, we will walk you through the process of finding the TID,Serial number, Software Version (referred to as VPJ version), and OS Version.
Please note: The software version in the information receipt is named as VPJ version.
Case 1: Device Linked to TID

Begin at the idle screen of your device.

Look for a settings button on the device. Press this button to access the settings menu.

Once you have accessed the settings menu, search for an option called "Information Receipt".

Click on the "Information Receipt" option to open it. This will display a screen containing various details about the device.

Case 2 : Device Not Linked to TID

Begin at the activation code screen of your device.

In the upper corner of the screen, look for a sandwich menu icon (three horizontal lines). Press on this icon to open the menu.

From the menu that appears, select the option labeled "Information Receipt" or something similar. This option allows you to access detailed information about the device.
Please note: When the device is not linked to TID, the TID information field is empty.
