I was still charged even though i terminated my subscription?

Once we receive your termination, it follows a notice period.

The notice period always lasts until the next billing period.

As an example:

If your Billing Date is always the 5th of the Month, and you decide to cancel your subscription on the 7th of October, you will be billed till the 5th of November. 

Only then, you will get the final invoice and your account will be deleted.
